Not long ago I had someone contact me looking for a oceanfront property. They said that for many years they enjoyed their summers at Crescent Beach. They did not want the upkeep of a beachfront home so they were considering oceanfront condos. They were looking for a more private, upscale condo on the ocean. The city where they lived was only about an hour away and they wanted a beach house to slip away to. We looked at several condos at Crescent Beach and finally settled on Sea Place. You don't see many people and most of the people you see are owners. They liked the security gate and covered parking. We submitted offers and were able to get them a good buy on a condo at Crescent Beach.
